As a child I never really had a big health issue, I got all of my immunization when I was supposed to get them. My mother always had me well nourish and always active. I had a busy schedule growing up, and I was always exercising in a certain way. If my mother thought, I was going to be sick she immediately gave me treatment. Luckily I never had serious issues to worry about.
