    Drake led the second expedition to sail around the world. This led to Spain and England going to war. Englad ended up winning and became dominate world power. This is important because he wa ble to successfully sail around the earth which paved a way for Englands expainsion into the world.

This is important because they had to rebuild that part of Seattle, their for making the city nicer than it was, which attracted more tourists.
