It was where we took all of the Japanese citizens in america and put them all in this area where they couldnt get ahold of japan. -
The Bataan March
It was when we were battleing japan on a penninsula and we were surrounded and we didnt have any other choice but to surrender. -
D-Day
D-Day was fought on five beaches but the main beach was Normandy. It was a brutal fight but they managed to push forward. In the long run they would of lost but they didnt. -
Auschwitz Liberation
This day was very important to the Jewish ones that were in auschwitz. They were relieved in tears cause they hadnt had any freedom in a long time. -
Raising the flag on Mount Suribachi
The Allies fought Japan on Iwo JIma, a very small island outside of Japan. The Japanese didnt give up they fought till the last man standing then while the battle was still going the USA knew that japan didnt have a chance against them anymore so they went to the highest peak of the island and put up the flag. -
Boming of Hiroshima
We bombed Japan because they kept on attacking the
USA and we gave them a warning then they attacked again so then we came up with the atomic bomb then bombed them.
