We have to successfully make mansaf, the national dish of Jordan. We have to collect and cook the ingredients ourselves, then a chef must approve. -

We walk to the Queen Alia International Airport, which only takes us ten minutes. We arrive at 6:10 am. We take Aegean Airlines flight 941 and it costs $624 for both of us. We leave at 6:30 am and the flight takes 5 hours and 55 minutes. We arrive at Copenhagen Airport at 11:25 am because of the 1 hour time difference. -

Challenge in Denmark
Christmas is a major holiday in Denmark. For this challenge, we have to make traditional æbleskiver, which is a Danish Christmas-time dessert. We have to go to a supermarket and find the ingredients, bring them back to the Christmas Market, make the dessert, then have customers at the market try them. -
Kvickly Supermarket
We take a taxi to Kvickly Supermarket, which is 30 miles away, so it costs $30. We leave at 12:00 pm and arrive at 12:30 pm. it takes us 30 minutes to find all of our ingredients (dough, apples, jam, and sugar). We take a taxi back to the Christmas Market (another $30) and arrive at 1:30 pm. -

Challenge in Canada
We have to participate in the Charlottetown Festival of Trees, held at the Confederation centre. We use the supplies provided to decorate a Christmas tree to the best of our abilities and it turns out great! We then walk around the festival to see the other themed trees until 4:00 pm. -
Rodd Royalty Hotel
We take a taxi to the Rodd Royalty Hotel (14 Capital Drive, Charlottetown, PE C1A 8C2, Canada), which is 3 miles away, therefore costs $3. It is $100 for both of us for one night. We arrive at the hotel at 4:05 pm and stay until 11:54 pm (December 14th) when we can board our return flight. -
