    The British put taxes on any product made of paper.

    this act allowed british troops to sieze any goods they wanted.

  • boston massacre

    this was when a group of people got together and taunted the british until the british shot them.

  • boston tea party

    this was when some people from boston discuised themselves as indians and dumped tea into the boston harbor.

  • tea act

    this act put a tax on everything involving tea

  • 1st and 2nd continental congress

    the meetings that got us independence. the 2nd one was a year later.

  • lexington and concord

    this is the battle where paul revere made his famous ride.

  • Publishing of common sense

    this was a very important document that helped us gain independents

  • intolerable acts

    this was a seires of acts that were really bad and that the colonists did not tolerate.
