  • Early Adulthood:Health

My family has a history of high blood pressure as well as diabetes and alcohol abuse. To prevent high blood pressure at early adulthood its good to exercise often and eat a healthy well balanced diet low in sodium(same for diabetes). To decrease the risk of alcohol abuse is to not consume it.
  • Early Adulthood:Physical

My first decline in senses would be my vision. This could be caused by stress because I only really notice blurry vision when I'm really stressed or tired.
  • Early Adulthood:Cognitive

Slang words I use with friends/family is oof, smh, what's the move, lit, bae. Oof can be used if I tell my sister the dog peed on the floor and she says oof or something happens and you just say oof. Smh means shaking my head as in that's not right or someone makes an excuse to miss your birthday you can respond with smh. What's the move means what are we doing. Lit means fun for example that party was lit or she looks lit. lastly bae means before anyone else so one might say he's my bae.
  • Early Adulthood:Identity

My identity is that I am a white girl about average height with blonde hair and hazel eyes. I am a freshmen at UAB hoping to be a nurse. I love to run, hangout with friends and go to the beach. I also have a dog, 3 brothers and 2 sisters and lots of cousins that all live in Alabama.
