Sudan starts to be governed by British-Egyptian rule
Sudan now begins to be governed br the British and Egyptian rule. This starts when the British started to take note of Sudan. Because of that the Anglo-Egyptian agree to restore Egyptian rule in Sudan. -

President Numieri is taken out of the military coup. Al-Bashir later becomes leader. The civilian government then tries to restore peace after general elections. -
US attacks
USA launches missiles on a chemical plant in Khartoum thinking that it had something to do with the Al'Qaeeda terror network. Many people died because of it and Sudan denies having anything to do with it -
Problems in Sudan
Sudan start an export of oil assisted by China, Canada, Sweden and other countries. That then starts struggles with the goverment and with the poeple. Hunger affected 3 million people in Sudan.
