    It is stated in the law that everyone had the right to an education. Brown vs Board was a case that was brought up because black and white students were not given equal education and the black students were being segregated because of their race, ethnicity, and color.
  • PARC vs Pennsylvania

    PARC vs Pennsylvania
    PARC filed a lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania because they were taking an excess amount of time to grant the education of the students with disabilities.
  • Mills vs Board of Education

    Mills vs Board of Education
    This case was brought up by 7 students with disabilities and their parents to fight against the District of Colombia. In the end, the children were able to win the case, thus making every student had the right to free education as well as the RIGHT to get education.
