Brown vs. Board of Education
This case originally referred to the segregation of students by races--black and white--but it has also been used to ensure fair treatment of students with disabilities. -

This act ensured federal funding to public education institutions so students of all socio-economic situations were eligible to receive quality education. -
PARC vs. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
This case mandated full access of public education for students with disabilities up to the age of 21 and established the standard for "appropriateness" in education. -
Mills vs. Board of Education
