    Coronado was on a search for the Seven Golden Cities. He explored 5 states looking for them. He explored North Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, and Okalahoma. He discovered Palo Duro and Arizona's Grand Canyon. He reported the Spanish to not go to Texas because it offered no gold or anything in interests.

    DeSoto was the leader and Moscoso took over after his death. His expedition was to search for gold. He discovered the Mississippi river. He explored Florida to Texas.
