    Plastic toy invented by Victor Petrusek, manufactured by Tiger Toys, with a hoop that you put around your ankle with a rotating ball at the end of a line that you skipped with your other leg as it went around. The ball kept track of how many skips you had. It only had the ability to go to 999, you could reset the counter.
