    • Fetsl movements sensed aas strong kicks, bumps-some may be visible to others.
    • Carpal tunnel syndrom may flair.
    • Difficulty sleeping.
    • Weight gained by this time may total between 10 and 12 pounds.

    • Increased abdomen may affect posture.
    • Breasts may leak.
    • Growing stretch marks.
  • Weeks 31 to 32

    Weeks 31 to 32
    • Back aches and fatigue.
    • Leg cramps.
    • Shortness of breath.
    • Fetal kicks interrupt rest.
    • Braxton- Hicks contractions.
    • Pelvic pain. At the end of week 31 weight gain is about 18 to 20 pounds.

    • Still feels stretches and movements of the baby.
    • Lightning felt- decreased pressure on lungs and organs.

    • Total weight gain of 25 to 35 pounds.
