Menstrual cycle
This is the approximate date of your last period -
Proliferative Phase
This is the time where the uterus should try and "rebuild" the necessities for a child in the uterus -
Ovulating/Fertilization
this should be the date your ovulating, where the egg is produced from the ovaries, and is ready to recieve a sperm from the millions of candidates from the husband and have it fertilize the egg. -
Pregnant Without Knowing
This is where you won't know that your pregnant but there will be early signs such as breast tenderness and fatigue -
Development
Once the egg is fertilized it becomes a zygote while moving down the fallopian tubes to be implanted in the uterus -
Morula
after 3-4 days the zygote has divited into a morula moving throught the fallopian tube -
Blastocyte
This is where the morula is transformed to a blastocyte moving from the fallopian tube to the uterus -
Implantation
The fetus should by now be implanted in the uterus lining -
Week 3
has 3 layers: Ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm -

Development Week 4
This is where everything inside the body of the baby is created from the ectoderm mesoderm and endoderm
Ectoderm--->Nervous system
Mesoderm--->Muscles of the baby
Endoderm--->Organs of the body -
Week 5
The fetus has 3 layers now and is now on it's journey to becoming a full grown baby. -
Week 6
Eyes, ears, nose, legs, arms, and other things are starting to form on this week -
Development
The body and organs start to form inside the tiny little body from the endoderm. -
Is that another heart?
The heart of the little one is now beating!! may be irregular and fast but its beating meaning its alive!!!!!! -
Week 7
Looking more like a tadpole instead of humanly and has little buds as arms and legs. And on this date the fetus should have a sense of touch now -
Week 8
Nerve cells are branching out more and more, and the "tail" is almost gone -
Fetus is growing!!! week 9
the fetus is as big as a small blue berry -
Size and Development Week 10
Fetus is about the size of a grape -
Size and Development week 11
just over an inch long and a fraction of an ounce -
Development Week 12
baby is about 1.5 inches long and it's toes and fingers are now all seperated. while also the face has some human characteristics -
Size and Development Week 13
just over 2 inches long about the size of a lime and weights half an ounce -
Week 14 of development
The ears are now shifting from neck to the head, facial feature and unique finger prints are there, and baby can now respond to outside stimuli. Plus he or she is now about the size of a fist. While also this is the beginning 2nd trimester -

Second Trimester

Week 15
Baby is all covered in lanugo, very fine hair, but don't worry it will eventually come off. Plus the baby is now starting to grow some hair, and eyebrows!! And your baby's bones are becoming harder readying to support itself -
Week 16
Your baby can now make some facial expressions!! don't worry its not because of your voices but he can definitely hear you though. Plus the baby's muscles are becoming more developed and he will be able to move, and so will his eyes even though its sealed shut. -
Week 17
If your listening very well you will notice that your baby's heartbeat is regular!!! And your baby is now developing it's baby fat and is practicing his skills like sucking and swallowing -
Week 18
Did you feel that??? Well whether you felt that or not your baby is now large enough for you to feel the kick, punch, and roll. And around this time the baby's fingerpring is definitely there. It's about 18cm long -
Week 19
The baby is now the size of a heirloom tomato and there is Vernix Caseosa covering the skin to protect it and ease the journey throught the birth canal. If you haven't seen any hair previously on your baby then this is when you will definitely see it. Plus he or she can make poop/urine. -
Week 20
Gender of the baby can now be determined with a sonagram. and s/he is about 10.5 ounces and about 6.5 inches, about the size of a eggplant. -
Week 21
This date should mark the day where he can taste things because his taste buds have been developed (or about developed) -
Week 22
Baby is about 11 inches in size and about 1 lbs and looks like a miniature newborn. Plus his eyes have almost fully formed just that it's iris still lack pigment -
Week 23
the little baby's muscles are well developed, weighs just over a pound, and is 11 inches in length. Also her lungs are preparing for the outside world now! -
Week 24
the baby's body is pretty lean and it will soon plump up, while also the brain is growing quickly, and the lungs and taste buds are developing to full potential. Plus skin is still transparent -
Week 25
The baby is now 13.5 inches and a pound and a half, and it's skin is starting to smooth out -
Week 26
Baby is almost 2 pounds and the baby's ears are now almost fully developed and can hear both the mother and father. And in this part of the time he's practicing how to breath by taking in small amounts of amniotic fluids. -
Week 27
Weighing at almost 2 pounds she is waking and sleeping in regular intervals, also blinking it's eyes. While the brain is still developing it's very active and the lungs are still under development. -

Third Trimester

Week 28
Baby may see the light that passes through the womb of the mother. Getting alittle more plump by the day with all the fat he is gaining for the outside world -
Week 29
Muscles and lungs are continueing to mature, and head is making room for the growing brain. -
Week 30
15.7 inches long and weighs about 3 lbs and her eyesight is still maturing to its full potential -
Week 31
Baby is growing quickly now and muscles are almost all developed now -
Week 32
Now the baby has toenails, fingernails, and hair(peach fuzz) At the weight of 3.75 lbs, with the length of 16.7 inches -

Premature baby
If your baby is born around this timespan it is considered a premature baby -
Week 33
The baby is now experiencing a growth spurt reaching about 4 lbs, and 17 inches and almost all bones are well developed -
Week 34
At around 6 lbs it's racticing how to breath and sucking his finger for early breast feeding. Almost all internal organs except the lungs are fully developed. -
Week 35
Lungs almost fully developed and is about 6 inches -
Week 36
At around 5.25 lbs the size of a honeydew melon and some where around this time his kidneys should be fully developed by now making him be able to process waste. -
Week 37
The baby should almost fully be ready weighing in at 6.3 lbs at near 19 inches -
Week 38
The baby's iris should be ready and the color of it's iris should surprise you unless your blue eyed, because the baby's eyes are blue. -
Week 39
at 20 inches and weight 7 lbs gorwing alittle more fat for the upcoming meeting with the world -
Week 40
At approximately 7.5 lbs and 20 inches in length fully developed and ready to be born!!! But here comes the hard part for the mommy =(
she'll have to go through 3 stages of labor
1st stage- she will experience some mood swings, the cervix will dilate larger, and there will be some "bloody showers"
2nd stage- they body will have the urge to push and should end when baby born
3rd stage-the mother now can kinda rest but she is now "delivering" the placenta
