Divergent (Scenes)
In Divergent when Tris jumps off the building into the Dauntless compound first, it reminded me of the first day that I started school when I was six. I felt like I was alone in an unfamiliar place, that I didn't have anyone that I could relate to. I tried to fit in by forcing myself into making friends, not exactly like jumping off of a story tall building, but that's what it felt like at the time. -
The Quick and The Dead (Quotes)
"Is it possible? Is it possible to improve upon 'perfection'?" This quote is important because it not only asks the question if anyone can even be perfect, but that people think that they're perfect because of their abilities in many different fields, like Leonardo Dicaprio's in the movie. -

Struck By Lightning (Quote)
"Life comes at you fast; it runs through your body and tries to escape and be expressed in any way possible. It's a lot like lightning." This quote is special to me because I always feel as if life is rushing at me at full speed and it never takes time to slow down and think, always rushing ahead and moving me forward. -
Jed Eckert; Red Dawn (Character)
In both the original and the re-make, Jed Eckert from Red Dawn was the person who I wanted to be, someone who was a leader and fearless, who wasn't afraid to fight against something wrong, and to help those who needed it. While I didn't exactly turn out to be that, I still feel like I can be a leader and help in a difficult situation. -

Augustus Waters; Faults in Our Stars (Character)
Augustus from Faults in Our Stars is a representation of who I think I and a lot of other people act like, acting to make other people happy before ourselves because of how we care for those people and that you can't tell what he's thinking just from his facial expression.
