    20's
My focus is to eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, grains, and proteins because I am still finishing my "framework" for the rest of my life. Since I am in one of my earliest stages of life that will set me up for the rest of life, I will wear sunscreen, listen to music at a moderate volume, get physical activity on a daily basis, 7-8 hours of sleep, minimize amount of sports drink, soda, avoid drugs, alcohol, and smoking and make regular trips to the doctor at the very least every 5 years.

I will continue to keep a healthy weight, diet, and physical activity. My diet will include plenty of vitamins and minerals, and a low amount of sodium. I will have 6-8 hours of sleep and occasionally naps, avoid smoking, wear sunscreen, drink in moderation, take "me" time when needed, and I will keep watch of my BMI, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure. I will prevent accidents by having smoke detectors, wear seat belts and helmets. I will also have the necessary tests done by doctors.

I will keep my diet, weight, and physical activity as healthy as possible. I will check my family history for any possible conditions to look out for, give myself "me" time, be cautious in the sun, keep alcohol in moderation, and take care of my mental heath. I will get my exams when needed such as physicals every 2-3 years, dental exams 6 months-1 year, and I will monitor things such as blood pressure, glucose levels, cholesterol, chronic pain, harder time hearing and seeing, and anxiety.

I will eat the same healthy diet but cut back on sodium and ask a doctor for any additional supplements/vitamins I should be taking. I will continue to stay active, challenge my brain, keep a good weight, avoid smoking and drugs, plenty of sleep, reduce stress as much as possible, be mindful of the amount of alcohol I drink, keep an eye out for the common medical problems such as cancer, changes in vision and hearing, anxiety and hair loss, and I will also keep up to date on exams.

In my 60's, I will be aware of any issues such as heart diseases or arthritis, listen to doctor recommendations, avoid smoking, take care of my heart, take medication when needed, get check-ups when needed, notice changes in cognitive and metal health, wear seat belts and helmets, have a smoke detector, have safe sex, and watch out for falling. I will also maintain a healthy diet by having proper amount of vitamins, minerals, omega 3, protein, grains, low fat, and plenty of vegetables and fruit.
