Born
I was born on the 16th of November which is actually kind of funny because now the number 16 is my favorite number and up until now I never realized. It is also my number of choice for my sports teams. Obviously I don't remember being born but I believe it deserves a place on this timeline as it is a very significant date at least for me. I was born in the Danbury hospital and in no time I was brought back to my home. At the time we had a dong named boomer who was told was very protective. -
Boat Life
Up until I moved into my new house my family had a boat on Candlewood Lake which we would basically live on almost every weekend. We would go out to our favorite spot and anchor there for the nite. My dad was always really into boats which is why we had one in the first place. On the lake, there is a restraint called Down the Hatch where they had great food and where we ate many of our meals while at the lake. -
Moving to Brewster
My family moved to Brewster when I was 3 years old and shortly after my little sister Alaina was born. I enjoyed the new house much more because there was a lot more space for activities and there was a small pond that you could easily walk to very easily. At my new house, I made a few new friends that were the same age as me that lived around the block. One thing I missed the most was the large tropical fish tank we had at our other house. -
Fishing Trip
I've been wanting to go fishing for a while now and Jully 18th was the day I was finally going to go. I was 5 years old and I have been fishing before but this time was a little bit special. This time I caught a big largemouth bass and I remember this experience being one of the best times of my life. The fish was so heavy that at the time my little arms were too small to handle the fish so my dad had to take over. Anyway, this time definitely deserves a spot on the list. -
Florida Trip
My grandparents own a condo In Fort Pierce Florida where My family and I go almost every year. In the year 2011, we drove all the way up to Florida, a 24-hour trip. the weather was perfect and the condo is basically 100 ft away from the beach. For the first day, we just got settled in and waited for the next day for activities since it was already late. The next day we went swimming and I underestimated how big the waves were and one sucked me under scaring me to death. Very bad experience. -
Dog Simba
On March 3rd we got my dog Simba when she was three months old. I've had a dog before but I was too young to really remember anything about him. Simba is a golden retriever but was really never great at retrieving things which I found pretty funny. Whenever you threw something for her to go get she just runs around with it and never brings it back. Anyway, after we got her I was no longer always bored around the house and now actually had something to do. -
Plane Ride
My Grandfather owns a small plane that he uses to take to Florida and he took my dad and me for a ride one day. As we went higher up in the air it was really hard for me to pop my ears to get used to the altitude change but I finally figured it out after a while. Now little did I know my grandfather started to roll the plane in a 360 and I nearly fainted. Apparently he was really good at doing stunts but I just thought something was wrong with the plane. Very crazy experience. -
Witnessing a Plane Crash
My family and I were at a fourth of July party at one of our friend's houses all having a good time until something terrible happened. At the house was a private plane runway that some people landed at to get to the party. Suddenly during the party I heard a loud crash and saw everyone running towards the woods where someone had crashed their plane. The plane was on fire and the people in the plane had no way to escape and most did not make it. It was the worst day of my life. -
Camping Trip
Around 4 years ago I went camping with my friend and his family in NH. This campsite was very open, you weren't near any people and there were only two or three other groups. When it was around 10 pm when we all heard something moving around outside. Since we were told there was a Bear in the area we immediately knew it was him and started making as much noise as possible to scare him away. Finally, he left and an hour later we hear the other group yelling as well to try and scare the bear. -
First Job
My first ever job was as a Counselor at camp Herlich. I've been going to that camp for many years so I already had many friends there and knew everyone pretty well. My preference was to be with the older kids because I get like I could relate to them more but they decided to put me with the youngest groups possible most of the time. Although it's not what I preferred I still had some fun most of the time. Overall it was a good first job but I barely made enough money to buy anything at all.
