    Civil Rights Act of 1875
    The Civil Rights Act of 1875 was ratified on February 27, 1875. This act gave all citizens doesn't matter the color, access to public areas like theaters, schools, churches, and cemeteries. A consequence was that it refused to allow discrimination of basic sex, and race in hiring.

    This act was ratified on April 20th, 1871. This act let the president deploy federal troops to take out the KKK and to make arrest without charge. There were no consequences.
