13th Amendment
The 13th Amendment abolished slavery in the United States. Some consequences of the 13th Amendment were that it restricted some forms of bound labor and servitude. -
14th Amendment
The 14th Amendment granted citizenship to all people that were born in the United States. Which also means that all citizens are provided with equal protection under the laws. A consequence would be if you didn't want to be a US citizen but were born there, then you still were.
