4.4 Childhood Attachment Experiences
My dad met my step-mom and introduced her to my brother and i. I saw the relationship they had, my stepmom trusted my dad. (my dad loves to party) My step mom allowed my dad to have fun as long they stay loyal and communicate. I saw the relationship that i really liked because there was not any high tension. They are very honest with each other and i appreciated that. I told myself if there is no trust, there is no relationship. -
7.3 Major Life Event
Divorce was a huge impact in my life. This was the turning point of my life. This caused so much strain my family. The tension was there. How i handled the stress was not very good. I acted out. I took out my frustration on others. It was not effective but eventually i learned to live with it because it was the way it is. -
1.1 Beginning
It was the day i turned eighteen years old. The same day I had to make a doctor appointment. My parents are not allowed to call for me anymore so I had to make the call myself. Later in the afternoon, I had to sign release of transcript for college that I was applying to. I had to sign it myself due to being legally responsible for my own. At the same time, i had SSI. It was also the day I started paying my own bills. (Chronological and social) -
4.1 Young Adult Role Transition
Graduating from High school was one of the biggest transition i went through because i went to school in MSSD where i lived in dorm but went home on weekends. When i graduated, there was nobody telling me what to do next, scheduling my day, or discliping me. I was making my own decisions; finance, education, medical, and etc. It is very normal for every seniors to go through this transition *(thats if they graduate from HS) -
7.2 Transitions
From conformist to individualistic; i came from a very religious family. I attended to church on wednesday and sundays. We had to behave this certain way and say certain words. When i became teenager, my faith changed. my behavior and language use changed due to the questions and experience i had about life. -
2.3 My Current Healthy Lifestyle
I do exercise on daily basis to maintain my blood flow in my body going. As of food, i try not to eat junk food as much as i can but i don’t eat my portion of fruit and vegetables on daily basis. I am currently a college student so i do not use alcohol moderately. In college, i have gained a lot compared when i was in high school due to routine and sports involvement. But i can see myself out of college, less consumption of alcohol, more routine in exercising, and eating habits. Fear of obseity. -
4.3 Adult Attachment Style
I took the quiz and it fits my attachement style; secure. I am very trusting and independent person. I let my partner do whatever as he wishes to as long he communicates with me, vice versa. Most of the days where we dont see each other all day, we know at the end of day, we will catch up later in the evening. We dont exactly keep track of each other's schedules. We are very open with each other about our feelings and etc. -
7.1 Fowler
When i was growing up, my faith was strongly individuative-reflective faith. I transitioned from being reliance for external authority such as god, parents, and adults. Later that changed, i am more aware of my own actions and accepting my own responsibility of it. Later in life i do see myself having conjunctive faith where i would be open with whatever in life. I will be through so much in life. -
6.1 My RIASEC type
The result i go after the quiz was SIE. Yes it applies strongly with the job i aspire to have. I am currently aspiring to be a school counselor. These qualities are something that i need to have such as social skills, investigate, and enterprising. One of job was health community workers. The basic concept is to help the community is what i want to do. -
4.2- Older Adult Role Transition
Starting family: I feel like in this type of economy, both of us the parents would have to work which is going to be tough raising a child. Economic exchange theory might will play in the picture. I expect to have children at age approx: 30. I want to pursue doctorate degree first. So this thoery might will promote my dreams. -
6.2 Super’s Stages.
I would be in my med 40s. I see myself upgrading in my field. I aspire to have PhD in the end. I can start with school counselor-psychologist-to owning my own private practice. I would be holding a stable job as a school counselor while working on my PhD degree. -

Hayflick limit does not work on humans since it exhausts the embryo divisions. Instead of embryos, it should focuses on on the cells that keeps replacing the organs you have. Instead of length of time it normally takes to replace, With this chemical (BELIUO), When inserted, it will kills any old cells and replaces with new cells which will keep your organs inside fresh and functioning well. -
2.4 Potential consequences of my lifestyle
As of how my lifestyle is now, the risks i have is diabetics and cancer due to the excessive use of alcohol and low use of fruits and vegetables. But what i do everyday that will strengthens my cardiovascular, decreases chances of obesity, and much more by exercising daily. -
8.1 The End

3.1 Working Memory
Prospective Memory: The challenges i will experience is not being able to be present and remember important things happening in my life at the time. It is going to be harder especially when you have a family to take care of. Not being able to remember the littlest things like where to put the plate. -
3.2 Problem Solving
I think i will exoerience struggles of problem solving due to not upkeeping with technology. As i get older, the more concentrate my thoughts would be, which means i will be more stubborn.
