  • Newton ventures into college

Newton begins his first years in college, at Trinity College in Cambridge, England. This is where he truly beings his serious studies on physics and mathematics.
  • Leaving Cambridge

During this time, Newton is forced to retreat from Cambridge, finding his way into Woolsthorpe, another city in England. He is forced there because of an outbreak of the plague. This is where he will begin to make his major findings about science and how the universe works.
  • Discovery of the light pyrmid

Newton returns to Cambridge, meets with Edmond Halley, to begin work on planetary orbit using inverse squares.
  • Newton finishes work on gravity and motion

One of Newton's most notable discoveries, his work on gravitation and motion. Which lay the ground work for modern physics, motion, and orbital periods.
  • Newton Kicks the Bucket

On this day, Sir Isaac Newton died at 85 years old, after having severe stomach pains. Although he died a long time ago, the impact he left of the modern world has been a large part of our success.
