Bush that provides money for extra education assistance and ensures all students in public schools are achieving important learning goals while being educated in safe environments. This law can be controversial because it penalized schools that didn't show improvements.

    This act was signed by President Obama and provides funding to states to support educational achievement for all students in grades K-12. This act specifically defines "well rounded education" that includes art education for all states that include art in their curriculum. Following the ideals set in place by IDEA, students will attend art education in the least restrictive environment with their non-disabled peers.
