This is extremely important because it was a broad spectrum act that increased the rights of persons with exceptionalities in many areas other than education. -
Education for All Handicapped Children Act

This is a very important act because it holds teachers accountable for keeping students on track and helps provide better education for those with exceptionalities (in theory at least).
