BROWN V. BOARD OF EDUCATION
The Brown decision was established in 1954 to the idea of segregation in public, a segregation that denies the right of inclusion The Brown case determined the segregation based on race of disabilities do not provide equal opportunities for all children of different ethnicity etc. The court ordered desegregation to include all children of disabilities.

P.A.R.C v. Pennsylvania
This P.A.R.C ensure equal rights to education for all children with disabilities. It utilized the Brown decision to address this need.
The parties entered into a consent agreement, which was then approved by the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

INDIVIDUAL WITH DISABILITY ACT ( IDEA )
IDEA was also designed to provide a clear national mandate to eliminate all forms of discrimination against individuals with disabilities and to ensure free appropriate public education. The court rules that all public schools serve the educational needs of students with disabilities, physical or intellectual. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT ( ADA )
ADA was designed to provide a clear national mandate to eliminate all forms of discrimination against individuals with disabilities, in education, employment, health care, housing, governmental programs. It stands for zero discrimination and protects the rights of children with disability. The Court ruled that unjustified separation from the community constitutes discrimination under the ADA.28 The ADA protects employees from discrimination due to disability.

THE EVERY STUDENT SUCCEED ACT (ESSA)
ESSA develops a strong leadership to allow states and districts to use federal funds to support leadership development. The Every Student Succeeds Act was signed into a federal law to authorize the funding for K-12 schools representing the marinas commitment to grant equal opportunities for all students. The law holds schools accountable for how students learn and achieve.
