    Social Wellness

    I feel like my social wellness practice is good. I'm able to maintain positive interactions with my friends, family and others. I have the "ability to relate to and connect with other people in our world"(Goal Setting Skills Pg.2)

    Emotional Wellness

    My emotional wellness practice is very good I feel like. I'm able to adjust and making changes to whatever life throws my way. Im also able to express that as well. Having the "ability to ac- knowledge and share feelings of anger, fear, sadness or stress; hope, love, joy and happiness in a productive manner contrib- utes to our Emotional Wellness"(Goal Setting Skills Pg. )

    Spiritual Wellness

    I am able to make peace with my life and I am happy with the things in it. I feel like able to bring out the happy things in a good situation. so I would say I have a good spiritual wellness practice.

    Occupational Wellness

    I don't have a job so no I don't have a good occupational wellness however have school and sports and I like to think those things are like a job and in the case it is good. And I have a positive outlook.

    Intellectual Wellness

    To have this you have to be able to be open and accepting to new things. New things they can be applied in many different areas in life. I feel like my healthy practice of Intellectual Wellness is strong. I am able to have the "desire to learn new concepts, improve skills and seek challenges to pur- sue lifelong learning"(Goal Setting Skills pg. 3).

    Physical Wellness

    I feeling that my Physical Wellness is one of my strongest. Being be able to do hard work outs and eat right are things I can do. I can also maintain healthy things done daily.
