In your 20's you can pretty much eat anything that you want, heck why not? You're still young! However you need to be working out/ getting physical activity daily, this is a reoccurring idea, but that's only because it is so important.

Ah, you are 30. The big 30. This is when you need to start paying attention to your diet a little bit more and making sure that you are still getting exercise daily, you can never get to much. Mix more greens into your diet and less un-needed sugars, you will thank yourself later in life.

You are officially not a kid anymore, you need to start making grown up decisions on your diet and exercise. Cut down on sugars and fats and work on getting more vitamins and fiber in your diet. Try to workout as often as you can.

Can you hear that? That's your body telling you it needs less fat and more protein. The 50's are the years when you will experience a lot of decrease in energy, but don't be phased. Your diet means a lot in this decade of your life.

This is where you will see if your constant dieting and working out has paid off. If i had to guess i'd say it has. But don't stop now! A slight change in your diet can mess with you a lot more than you'd think, keep powering through and also try to get as much exercise as possible.
