Friday: Planning and Finishing aspects of the Pitch
In this lesson we plan on finishing our hand written storyboard, and then convert this into a Digital storyboard and Animatic to use in our pitch and post on the blog by Friday 18th October 2013.

Wednesday: Finalising Concept and Song Choice
We have left the concept and reasons for choosing this concept alongside our song choice for last, as it is the hardest part of the pitch, and we will benefit more by finishing all other aspects and then using our knowledge from these other areas of the pitch to finish this section.

Thursday: Completing Synergy Section and Practising our Pitch
By Thursday, our examples of Synergy should be completed to present on Friday in the pitch and allow us to reherse our pitch and organise how to present it.

Friday: Presenting Pitch and Filming
In the first half of the lesson we will present our pitch and in the second half of the lesson, we will be filming. We have decided to use this time to film all the inside shots, such as the shots of our artist in the room. This is because it will still be daylight, and most of our outdoor shots are to be filmed when it is mid-day or darker.
Time: PITCH 9:00 - 10:30
FILMING: 10:30 - 12:30

Sunday: Filming in Shoditch
We are choosing to film in Shoreditch on Sunday to optimise the amount of time we have to get the footage we need, rather than relying on lesson time. We have chosen to film the shots in Shoreditch on this day, because Rebecca lives in Hoxton, which is very close to Shoreditch, therefore as it is a weekend booking, we won't have to travel very far distances with the equipment. Hoxton is also very close to college, so we can all meet to bring the equpment back to college on Monday.

Monday: Independent blogging
We are going to use Monday as a time for all members of our group to focus on completeing any individual, production blogging tasks that they have not completed.
12:15 - 1:15 (This can be earlier depending on how early or late or group members come in or leave.

Tuesday: Independent blogging
Tuesday will also be used as an Individual production blogging task day. -
Wednesday: Filming in Liverpool Street and Brick Lane
We are going to film much of the footage in these two locations on the same day, because they are very close to each other, and thus we can can maximise our filming time.

Thursday: Preview of clips from the footage & Blog about progress
As we are doing a lot of filming on wednesday, we thought it best to review this footage and the previous clips to see if there are any shots that need to be filmed again or that for some reason do not work. This then allows us time to go out and make adjustments. We can also then blog about our findings. -

Tuesday: This is the beginning date of our half term booking
We will pick up the camera's on this date and either finishing filming in our last locations, or polish up any clips, or lastly head to our locations and film a few base tracks as alternatives when it comes to editing. This will be our main objectives throughout the half term.

Monday: This is the end of half term booking
By this date, all filming should be completed. -
Wednesday: This is the date we will begin editing
We aim to start syncing our base tracks to the soundtrack in this lesson. -

We will use this time outside of lessons to continue the editing from Wednesday's lesson. -
Friday: Editing
Here, the beginning of our Music Video should be beginning to take form. -
Wednesday: This is our Group Progress check
We will be checking to see if our group is moving at the correct pace, if we are sticking to our production schedule, and if we are keeping up with our blog. -
Friday: Editing
Our focus on this Friday will be to make sure the issues raised in our progress check are corrected and finish the editing of our music video for the Rough cut deadline. -
Wednesday: Rough Cut Deadline
OUr basic editing and narritive should be in place for the rough cut deadline. -
Friday: Adding fillters and finishing touches
We will use this time to go over our video, taking into account our feedback from the rough cut, as well as adding our filters and finishing touches. -
Wednesday: Audience Feedback
If all the filters and finishing touches are finished by now, we will use this time to finish gaining audience feedback on our completed music video. -
Friday: DEADLINE!!
DEADLINE FOR MUSIC VIDEO, ALL MUST AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED!
