  • Systematic Training

    In 1940 a systematic training method was formed called JIT(Job Instruction Method)
  • Programmed Instruction

    In 1953, B. F. Skinner's book Science and Human Behavior was published which was the basis or programmed instruction
  • Mager's Theory

    In 1962 ,Mager's book Preparing Objectives for Programmed Instruction was published, in which he introuduces his model for instructional objectives. Mager's model was used with automated teaching machines
  • Senstivity Training

    In the 1970, senstivity training also known as the laboratatory method was a popular method of human relations training. This training occured in a group form.
  • Training Budget

    In 1980, vcost-benefit analysis and the concept of return-on-investment were popular due to many companies downsizing and focusing more on their training bduget.
  • E- Learning

    In 1999, the term e-learning is used and some universities began offering e-learning courses.
  • You Tube

    Youtube is launched and companies began using it as apart of the training priocess
  • Current Training Climate

    The current training climate ecompasses technology and some aspects of social media. Many training departments are facing what is called a talent gap.
