Now that you have created your beautiful new animal, I want you to write about it. Write me a poem (any formate) about your animal. I want to know where he/she lives (which layer), what are some characteristics it has (survival, color, feet, skin, etc.), what its favorite food is, how they get their food. I want you to give as much detail possible, while keeping it in your poem format!
This should take about 20-30 minutes.

Now that you have received your revised poem back, make corrections if necessary! This is the time to use your best hand writing and create your final draft. Once you have created your final draft, please glue your poem on the bottom half of a manila folder and glue your animal to the top half. DON'T FORGET to put your name and date on the back and turn in. If there is still time left after you turn in your project, get out a book and read!
