After Esteban spread the word about the seven cities. priest named fray Marcos tells the people that he has seen the golden cities the king and Quinn of Spain order the priest, Coronado and more men back to the new world to look for the seven cities. when the get to the new world they find an Indian who was called "Turk" and led them along with the priest to the seven cities. when they get to there destination there is no gold and the priest mysteriously leaves.

once Coronado got back from the new world he reported that the new world had nothing to offer with no use for farming no go and harsh native Americans. this report made Spain uninterested in the new world.
