It also had a 40 pin design that allowed for a 16 bit bus. This was important because it was the first, small, affordable computer.

    Microsoft is a software company that is still very popular today. This is a significant event because Microsoft made PC's cheaper and more valuable.

    This first IBM computer was very small for its time, but it was a big step for computers. It could process information faster than other computers and could be hooked up to TV's. It could also process text and store many words, and it only costed $1,600 compared to the many expensive computers that didn't even have as many advantages.

    This was a game console, one of the first few original ones at the time. Sony helped to make one of the most popular game consoles that are still used today.

    Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were students at Stanford University. They incorporated it as a private held company in September of 1998. Google is the number one search engine that has change our lives.

    Mark Zuckerburg founded Facebook while studying psychology at Harvard University. Facebook was a partial starter for all social media because other people began to design social media sites such as Snapchat and Instagram. Facebook is now of the most popular social networking sites because it makes opportunities for businesses.

    This is a very popular company today and has created great products. The Apple Iphone Launch was the beginning of a new phone era.
