    Alexander Graham Bell invents the telephone called the Photophone. i think this is important in computer history because it gave communication to other people around the world. Now, phones have internet on them.

    F.C. Williams develops his cathode-ray tube (CRT) storing device the forerunner to random-access memory (RAM). This is important because without the RAM, no computer could save data efficently. Now, most computers have RAMs to store memory.

    Seymour Cray develops the CDC 7600, the first supercomputer. This invention is important because it helped to create faster speeds, and collect and store more data for big businesses like NASA.

    Apple Computers was founded Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs. This is very important because Apple helped to create many things like Ipods and laptops.
