My name is Upang Uzuki. I was born on October 12, 1865. My parents raised me in a 2 bedroom house with my uncle Zue next door. My parents raised me until I was 19, but i stayed in china for 26 years after that. -
Event #1 Going To A New World
I am now 33 and i am a single male living by myself in China. I dont like it over here anymore and I'm going to immigrate to America. The boat and the ride was very hot. It is summer amd there are many people that are sick. -
Event #2 The rough Conditions
I was in and out of the immigration station. I live in a tenament with so many people. It is nasty and dirty with so many rats that carry disease. People are murdered for looking at someone weird, and there is almost nowhere to sleep and I'm starting to change my mind about staying here. -
Event #3 8/12/1899 It's Not the Same
I have a job now but I am still single. I get paid a very high amount because i work so hard. My job is very dangerous and you could lose your life at anytime. I am very lucky to only have a finger missing. There is a lot of racism towards me and I hate it here. My boss is nice so I think I'll stay
