    The stock market crashed and many went bankrupt.

    The main cause of this was drought and poor agricultural practices prior.
    Many were depressed and lost everything.

    Nebraska is the only state to have a unicameral.

    The ballot was passed in 1937, with 286,086 for, and 193,152 against a unicameral system.

    The US joined in after the bombing of pearl harbor, both Germany and Italy declared war on Japan aswell.
