He proved that animals were also made up of cells. He confirmed Schleiden's theory and he improved because he found that animals are also made up of cells. -

He was the first to study respiration among all living organisms. His model was the first to studty respiration. -

Virchow stated that all living things come from other living things. He made this discovery while expirementing with diseases.
