Indirect tax on any imported goods. This upsetted many people in the colonies and they decided that they did not want anyone to be able to tax them without any concent. -
Shays' Rebellion
Shays' Rebellion was a battle mainly over the fact that farmers were being heavily taxed on there property was unfair. -
Boston Massacre
The incident in which Britsh Solders killed 5 people, including young boys. Made colonist hate England. -
Boston Tea Party
When the colonists dumped the eta in the harbor in revolt to England. -
Intolerable Act
Punishmetn to the colonists for the dumping the tea in the harbor. -
