More info here Emperor Dezong had the third longest regin during the Tang dynasty ruling for 26 years.At the begienning of his rule he was very trust worthy and honestcreating new tax laws and trying to re distribute land.He also made efforts to fight against warlords but these campains were mismanages and so they led to rebellinos that almost end with Dezong and the dynasty alike. -
