    As mention previously, the implementation team plans to utilize the virtual live lesson classroom time to teach the 7 Habits, however without taking too much time away from teachers we also plan to implement separate live lesson oportunities where attendance is optional.

    After training, assign key stakeholders as primary facilitators and as the implementation team. Our goal is to enter the live lesson classrooms to deliver a short lesson on 1 habit each month, covering all 7 habits throughout the school year. Our key stakeholders will influence additional teachers to become primary facilitators, which will capture the buy in or a larger implementation team.

    The 7 Habit materials are designed to be taught in a traditional classroom, face to face. We will create an online curriculum, utilizing the offline resources provided by Covey. We will meeting regularly to discuss translation of online classroom activities. We will explore ways to increase student attendance to the 7 habit lessons. If participation is low, we will consider implementing the 7 habits curriculum into a year long course for 6-12 grade students.
  • Evaluation

    As a follow up after surveying staff, students, and parents we will determine if we are reaching enough students through voluntary attendance. If participation is low we will move forward with building a course which will be required for graduation as well as credit and grade baring.
