Japanese invasion of China
A military fight between China and Japan. The fight was started by shots at the Marco Polo Bridge in 1937 in which a fight which caused Japanese and Chinese troops to move into a battle. Japan invaded China because they had very little resources. The impact that was caused by Japan invading China caused lots of anger and grief when the civilians homes were destroyed and women and men were injured or even killed. -
Rape of Nanking
A mass murder and mass rape committed by Japanese troops against the residents of Nanjing. In the mass murder, the Japanese forces murdered over of thousands of people. In the mass rape, over 20,000 women were raped and killed. The massacre is also known as the the Nanjing Massacre. -
Germany's invasion of Poland
A invasion of Poland by Germany, the Soviet Union, Danzig, and part of Slovak that started the beginning of World War II. This invasion was to show how angry Hitler was. The Polish troops were best within the first few weeks of of the invasion by France and Britain. France and Britain later declared war on Germany. -

Operation Barbarossa
On June 22nd, 1941, the Nazi Germans invaded the Soviet Union and the largest German military system during WWII. The operation was caused by the attempt of to defeat the soviet forces in the campaign that caused a large trying point in WWII because it failed. At the end of the battle, the soviets won against the germans and were able to take over their government with puppet tactics. -
Pearl Harbor
When Pearl Harbor was attacked, it was attacked with Japanese planes against the US base at Pearl Harbor. Originally, it was intended to destroy important American fleets but it prevented th elacifci fleets from inturputing the Japanese conquest. A large impact that was caused was the US being brought into WWII and caused the Japenesse American’s to turn themselves into interment. -
Wannsee conference
This conference was between the German government and the high ranking Nazi party members in Berlin. The main discussion during the conference was “Final Solution of the Jewish Question” which was code talk for how they talk about the policy for the mass murders of the Jews. They also discussed how the Jews will be ,over under supervision in the eat to build roads which then groups of people will be lost through working in hard and unstable places. -
bataan death march
The day after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor (December 6th, 1941) the Japanese invasion of the Philippines began. Early In 1942, about 75,000 Filipino and American troops on Bataan were to make an arduous 65-mile march to prison camps. The conditions if the March were awful, causing multiple people to die. -

America’s navy defeated the Japanese at midway which caused one of the biggest turning points in the Pacific war. The significance of this battle caused a huge turning point for the fleet engagement between America and the Jaoense. -
operation gomorrha
This operation took place Andy destroyed the city of Hamburg Germany and lasted about a weeklong. During the process there were about 3,000 bombers during the operation and 9,000 tons of weaponry was used. The people tended to grab aluminum foil and then put it in the bomber routine which went directly to their targets which sent false alarms to the all anti aircrafts and German radars. The outcome of the bombing caused the people to go into underground shelter from slowly losing oxygen. -

On this day the allied forces sent land, naval and air assault on the Nazi party in France. This is known as the largest invasion during the war when they assuaged Normandy. This outcome caused Hitler to start to come to a end. -

Thais operation was not as significant to the German war production or a major industrial center as they thought it would be. Another unsignificant point was the allied forces agreement which states that warns them to stay not get away from any of the agreements they made during the war conferences. The battle of Okinawa was the day Okinawa was captured by the Americans. If the US was able to capture, it would give them a large base to invade Japan anywhere. The Japan causalites doubled in causualities for the allied forces which made it known as the largest casualties. -

Adolph Hitler had a idea to split the Allied armies in northwest Europe with a surprise blitzkrieg theough the Ardennes to Antwerp. This was a surprise to the allies which caused them to fight hard, but surprisingly, the allied forces came back with Lieutenant General George S. Patton’s successful ideas of the Third Army to Bastogne which gave the Allied defense, leading to the neutralization of the German plan even with heavy casualties. -
Battle of Iwo Jima
This battle took place on a island that was taken care of the japense. America found this as a advantage to build launch bombimg raids and airfields to go at Japan with. This was the most known time when’s the allied forces suffered more causalities, but the American marine force was able to captures the island from Japan. -

This holiday started on May 8th 1945 which marked the acceptance of the allied troops into the war. Towards the end of the day Japan surendured whjch caused even more joy on this day. This day was celebrated over the fact that Hitler and the Nazi party in Germany was final,y defeated and the war was over. -

Ebola Grey was a known American bomber which dropped one five ton bomber at the city of Hiroshima. This wasn’t the first bomber we dropped on Japan but was defiantly one of the best attacks they have done. This attack caused no Japan to surrender and bring wwii to a end. -

Victory over Japan day was celebrated on the day Japan surrendered during the war (September 2nd 1945). President Truman declared it to be a holiday to celebrate the winning of the allied forces Andy the end of wwii.
