This is the first battle of WWI. Russia had invaded Prussia but the Germans had a railroad system to help Prussia out. The Central Powers had taken a win. -

Serbia has assassinated King Ferdinand of Austria. His wife was also killed. This began WWI. -

In a matter of 2 days the Germans declared war on 2 country's that were allies of Austria. Germany had a great army force. Also they would become a big part of the WWI picture later into the war. -
British declaration of war
The British declared war on Germany. Later into the war, the British would make many more enemies. Japan would be the first. -
Second Battle of Ypres
This was the first time toxic gas was ever used for warfare. The Germans were the first to use it and it wasn't their last time. It had taken many of the British lives. -

Italy had entered the war as part of the Allies. Italy sent numerous help to other countries in the Alli forces. Italy also had a lot of battles within their country -
First Areoplane raid
The Germans had the first air raid of WWI. They had bombed London. The English had to really focus on defense rather than offence after this. -
Churchill to the Cabinet
Churchill and co. had lost at Passschendale. The new Prime Minister,Lloyd George, had wanted Churchill in the Cabinet. -
Armistice is signed
The Armistice was used to end WWI. It was signed by Germany. It was also signed in Germany.
