This was an agreement that Germany signed that ended fighting in western Europe that was part of WW1. It ended the war and stopped fighting. Germany basically surrendered. -

The Treaty of Verailles was one of the peace treaties at the end of WW1. This treaty was very inportant beacase it ended the state of war between Germany and the Allied powers.
