  • Hitler's "Saturday suprises"

    In october Hitler used the Treaty of Versiles to explain the German withdrawl from the League of Nations.the was no connection between these two events but he still used it. eventhough other world leaders knew about this they remained silent.

  • Taking Austria

    in the Fall of 1936 Hitler allied with Italy. by doing this it created many consequences for Germany. including Mussolini siding with Germany.

  • Appeasing Hitler

    in 1938 with secret funding from the Nazis people started to want a return to thr Reich. Hitler supported those demands. other countries were joining with there allies for help with this.

  • Death Threats and Broken Promises

    Hitler told the Reichstag that other people were being hypocritical against Germany when complaining on how they mistreated jews. 2 months later Hiltler took over all of Czechoslvakia and other world leaders then were silent. then other countries were trying to make deals with Hitler

  • Targeting Poland

    Nazis took a group of prisioners from a concentration camp to Gleiwitz. this was a town on the Polish border. the prisioners were dresed in polish army uniforms and killed. then the German army said it was poland retaliating.

  • conquests in the west

    France has already fallen. Hitler now controls all of western Europe except for brittian. this means he has way more power then he previously did

  • the invasion of Russia

    Hitler ordered the invasion of Russia to destroy once and for allthe Jewish Bolshevik menace. Hitler and his troops went into The Soviet union. they were told to murder anyone who was an enemy of the state.

  • the United States enters the War

    this is when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. the day after this the U.S declared war with Japan. then on December 11 1941 Germany declared war with the U.S.
