Germany invades Poland on September 1, 1939 to start WW2 where Hitler uses a new war tactic of blitzkrieg warfare.
Blitzkrieg warfare- describing a method of warfare whereby an attacking force, forces a breakthrough into the enemy's line of defense through a series of short, fast, powerful attacks; and once in the enemy's territory, proceeds to dislocate them using speed and surprise, and then encircle them. -

On May 20, 1940 the Auschwitz concentration camp opens which was one of the most brutal camps during WW2. -

After losing the war Adolf Hitler commits suicide in Berlin, Germany on April 30, 1945.
