A terrible storm happened when he was walking and the storm or god wanted Luther to become a Monk, and surely he did. Then his father saw what he was doing and his dad was mad and upset that Martin would not become successful, Luther had to work and prayer and fasting and his time was hard. As this Protestant went on Martin had more time to learn about God and the bible itself, so that he wrote the 95 theses and posted them on the Catholic Church door. This 95 theses spread thru Germany quickly spread and made their way to Rome. Robert Boyle a physicist from Ireland invented the match in 1680. Substances like phosphorus and sulfur, when rubbed together produce fire. However, the matches made by him were not the usable ones. Due to their combustible nature, the matches manufactured in those days were deemed unsafe.
