After someone confessed the Peninsulres quickly tried to stop the independence movement. While most of the conspirators where getting caught Doña Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez alerted a trustworthy man in the floor below her by using her heel or an object in order to start the independence earlier than anticipated. -

Miguel Hidalgos mob grows bigger and angier, they are able to crash the spanish becuse of there big numbers. After winning the battle Hidalgo decided not to push through Mexico City becuase of the causalties of his troops, this made the war longer. -

Feliz Calleja beats HIdalgos army but they are still able to retraet north. This was the end of the first end of the wa and the events tha followed up lead to the death of hidalgo. -
Death of Hidalgo-Resistance
Hidalgo dies , on July 27 1811 he was excommunicated and defrocked he was found guilty of treason and executed in July 30 1811. Hidalgos was then decapitated and his face was put on the publics view to warn others, -
Battle of Temalaca-Consolidation
A battle between royalist forces and Mexican rebels around puebla. Morelos was captured at the end of the battle drfrocked and eventually exuted just like his predecedent Hidalgo. -
