The Crimean war was fought mainly on the crimean peninsula between the Russians and the British, French and the Ottoman Turkish. One of the reasons that Russia went to war with the alliance group was becasuse Russia wanted there to be protection over Orthodox people of the Ottoman sultan. Also, they had disagreement over the rights of Roman Orthodox and Roman Catholic churches. -
Civil War
Civil War is known as the war between the states which it was a war that had happened between the southern and nothern states. It was mainly known to be between the Federal government and the 11 southern states which wanted to separate from the Union. -
Spanish- American War
This war was between Spain and the United States. The U.S.A wanted to have most of Spain's territory that was in the Carribean area. They declared war to gain control over multiple islands for multiple reasons such as certain natural resoucres on these islands. -
World War ll
World War ll became a contiunation from WWl. It began as a war mainly a European centraled conflict and once Japan involved the United States by bombing Pearl Harbor it begas a war between Axis and Allies. This was also the continuation of Hitlar's "reign" in Germany and invading surrounding countries which began the Involvement of multiple countries. -
Afghanistan
The Afganistan war began after the Untied States 9/11 tragedy of terrorisom. Former President Bush launched a war on terrisom to find the leader of the attacks and destroy the terrorist groups that were/ are in the Middle East. The war still has not been pronounced finished although President Barack Obama has withdrawn some troops from Middle Eastern countries.
