Hull's Proclamation
Hull's Proclamation was created by General William Hull to persuade the citizens of the upper of Canada to join sides with the United States in a battle against Britain. His proclamation didn't follow through as he expected so he gave Detroit to the British who was led by Isaac Brock on August 16, 1812. -
Siege of Detroit
Sir Isaac Brock was the commander of the forces for the upper part of CanadaCanada neamed. He led the British to prevail over the United States by joining foces with Native Americans which caused William Hull to surrender unto him. -
