    Hard-copy home visitor "blue books" are replaced by iPad record-keeping. Parents acknowledge services through an electronic signature, and a copy of the weekly home visit summary is sent to the family electronically.

    Related service providers---such as speech/lanugage pathologists--- deliver some services via iPad via Skype or FaceTime. This saves travel times to homes and makes more efficient use of support staff.
