By LewisG
  • U9

Unit 9 is about the various methods of managing different situations and tasks. to do this, it is important to be able to manage time, budgets, quality, efficiency, and other variables that can effect the required task.
it is also important to be able to use a wide veriety of creative methods to ensure that the task is planed in the most efficient way possible.
  • Aim B

to reach aim b it is required to learn what a project initiation is, then proceed to be able to create one.
for this, it is important to research the task, considering any possible issues that could occur.
  • Aim A

to reach aim a, the real uses of project management need to be known and researched. this will help to gain context on the unit, further assisting with the completion of the tasks given.
  • Aim C

to reach aim c, a project needs to planned and monitored as if it was happening, using various methods to document this.
to do this it would be important to research the various required methods of planning and monitoring (like gantt charts)
  • Aim D

to meet aim d the end of a project must be reached, and a reflection must be made, describing all of the difficulties and other important events that took place during the planning and execution of the simulated (or real) project. a personal performance evaluation is also needed, explaining what was done well and what could have been improved.
