The pilgims came to America on the Mayflower in 1620. Although the pilgrims overcame many hardships, they landed in Cape Cod on November 11, and got help from Native Americans to survive. The pilgims coming to America was important because Pilgrims were the first settlers in the USA. -

The moon landing was important because we were the first ones to the moon, it made us higher in technology, and we also beat everyone else in the Space Race. -

On September 11, 2001, two planes flew into the World Trade Center in New York. Later, a plane flew into the Pentagon. These were 9/11 attacks by terrorists. It was a vey tragic day in the USA, with almost 3,000 deaths and over 6,000 injured. 9/11 is important because it was very tragic to us and it started wars for the USA.
