    Charles Lindbergh was the first person to ever fly alone across the Atlantic Ocean. Starting on a runway on Rhode Island, on May 20, 1927, at 7:62 a.m, and finishing in Le Bourget Aerodrome, Paris at 10:22 p.m local time (5:22 New York Time). Altogether finishing it in 33 hours.

    The Japanese were not ready to surrender. So America decided to drop the first ever Atomic Bomb. On August 6, 1945 a B-29 dropped “little boy” and when it touched the ground it instantly killed 80,000 people, 90 percent of the population. The after effects left 10 of thousands dead. And three days later, America dropped “big boy” on Nagasaki killing around 40,000 people. Japan’s Emperor Hirohito announced the Japanese surrender on August 15, ending the War in the Pacific.

The court came to a conclusion that segregation from “black schools” and “white schools” is against the 14 Amendment, therefore allowing them to be able to go to those schools. 1951

    Rosa Parks is on a bus in Montgomery, and is sitting in the “colored section” and was asked to give up her seat and she refused. She became known as the Mother of Civil Rights. December 1,1955.

America and the Soviets finally came to a solution, the Soviets will take out all of the missile equipment, and America will not interfere with Cuba’s freedom and things like that. America also took out all of the missiles in Turkey. October 16-28 1962.
